Upstream does have a 1.1.1 version but apparently it has some issues,

taoframework, tmw, trigger, warzone2100

It appears that all of the packages are fine with libphysfs-1.0.1 so I
have uploaded it to unstable. I will shortly be uploading 1.1.1 to
Experimental as well since it seems that the issue with Warzone2100 may
have been alleviated. So if you want to hold out for 1.1.1, that might
be wise provided everything works OK.
As as side note, I will probably be requesting removal of moagg* from
the archive, and then libparagui1.0. Right now only moagg and ASC are
r(b)depends on it and ASC is fine with 1.1.
