Hi! Looks like packages tcl8.5 (8.5.6-3) and tk8.5 (8.5.6-3) cannot migrate to testing. The reason is because they introduce a new bug (#517182). In fact, these packages fix this bug, and it appears as closed in the packages' bugreports pages.
