It looks like qpdf might need a hint to move to testing. The testing migration status is reporting that it's out of date because of the libqpdf1 binary package, but this package is no longer created by qpdf, which now creates libqpdf3. Funny...I don't remember this type of problem needing a manual push before. In any case, I'd be grateful if someone could look into why this isn't transitioning. I can't see any reason that it shouldn't.
