octavede is no longer in unstable or testing, so this bug can probably be
closed now assuming that g-p-e is no longer in need of an update.

Was that version number a typo? 2.25.3-4.1 appears to be the most
recent package in the archive.
In any case, the package in unstable now depends on libgdl-1-3.
