No, it's just that the migration of packages from p-u-new to p-u has been broken since ftp-master made a number of changes to dak a few weeks ago; in the meantime we've been marking stuff as ready to migrate. There was a manual run of the updated migration script last night so the backlog of "to accept" packages which had built up was processed and moved from p-u-new to p-u, generating mails in the process. (The ACCEPTED mails are generated twice - once for p-u-new -> p-u and then for p-u -> stable. Normally the first set appear gradually but when nothing's migrated for a while and then does there'll be a large number at the same time).
