a FindJNI bug has been fixed in cmake-2.8.1-5, please rebuild vtk on
ia64.
gb vtk_5.4.2-7 . ia64 . -m 'Rebuild using cmake-2.8.1-5'

Done. For reference, gb doesn't take a message via -m (as the changelog
from the source package is all that's required).
