Hi,
The current version of totem-plugin-arte in testing is broken.
A fixed version is in experimental but it depends on gst-plugins-bad 0.10.20,
which is not out yet (so it wont be in squeeze).
(see bug #589876)
So, unfortunately, I have to request removal of the totem-plugin-arte package
(which I maintain) from testing/squeeze.
