Hello, I'd like to upload apt-listchanges with a fix for #593224 (french po translation) but I have also this changes ready: http://paste.debian.net/90422/ (they are: better guess the encoding to use, make apt-lc be interruptible with ctrl+c and a file to help building it)
Would you accept an upload with both in it?
