Hrm… So you fixed two bugs in the packaging by introducing a new upstream release? And, the diff looks like: 475 files changed, 134634 insertions(+), 70383 deletions(-) You can fix them by going through t-p-u if you still want to fix them (but send a diff for prior approval before uploading).
