Please unblock package dictionaries-common
1.5.14 contains fixes for a couple of important bugs, #592720 (originally
filed as RC) and #596277. Note that, apart from the annoyance caused by
warnings, #596277 can in some cases result in wrong default values.

- Get rid of some warnings during config: fix misplaced parenthesis
and provide a sane language default when nothing else is found
