Please unblock package libffi-ruby

The libffi-ruby/0.6.3debian-2 fix RC Bug#593038.
The package failed to build with ruby 1.9.2 because relative requires no
longer work.
And Debian « squeeze » will include Ruby 1.9.2, thanks.
