There's also a new build-dependency on opencc, and the removal of the texinfo build-dependency, neither of which are mentioned in the changelog. Looking at the description of the opencc package, I assume it's part of the zh-cn to zh-tw conversion but there also appears to be a sed script doing a lot of that conversion?
