[That being #553875] fwiw, that's largely redundant due to the way the reversion was performed. The BTS knows that 3.1.3 is not a descendant of 3.1.2-1 and therefore that any bugs marked as fixed in the latter are still unresolved in the former (as the version graph for #553875 shows).
