Hi release team,
After a first request for comments [1] I'm now formally requesting a freeze
exception for the new version of clamav, version 0.96.4+dfsg-1. Again, this is
not in line with the strict freeze policy currently in effect, but rather
follows the proposal that clamav should be updated to current upstream versions
even in stable. Below please find the current changelog entries.
