Please unblock package nfoview, it brings new translations only.
I also moved myself to the Uploaders field just to comply with PAPT team's
policy [1] (I'd prefer let the package handled completely by the team).

- Update Polish translation (Piotr Drąg).
- Add Russian translation (Алекс).
* Set Maintainer to Python Apps Packaging team, move myself to the
Uploaders field.
