Please unblock package wavbreaker 0.10-2, it brings new translation only.
I also update information in the Maintainer,Uploaders fields just to comply
with Debian Multimedia Maintainers team's policy [1].
The changelog entry follows:
wavbreaker (0.10-2) unstable; urgency=low

* Set package format to 1.0, add quilt support.
* Update team's name and email address, add Vcs-* fields as per
team's spec.
