Freeze exception for phpmyadmin 4:3.3.7-2

Hi

I'd like to get freeze exception for just uploaded phpmyadmin
4:3.3.7-2 which fixes a security issue.

It just adds single patch and the changelog is obviously short:

* Fix XSS on search (PMASA-2010-8, CVE-2010-4329).
