Please unblock pdftk 1.41+dfsg-10.

This upload solves a serious bug that leads to random owner passwords if
only the user password should be set.

The short patch is attached to http://bugs.debian.org/607018

The changelog entry:
pdftk (1.41+dfsg-10) unstable; urgency=high

  * Do not create a random owner password if only user password should
    be set. (Closes: #607018)

Thanks!

unblock pdftk/1.41+dfsg-10

 Johann Felix Soden
