This release includes the prior not-in-testing 0.99.3debian7 which:
* Adapts to the new 'sudo' group
* Fixes the detection of security updates
* Fixes the reboot action (see changelog)
* Allows ordinary users to see package manager activity
This release fixes one bug introduced in the previous one, which
caused ordinary users to be notified about available updates,
which was not intented. It also improves the pt_BR translation,
and adds a manual page.
