I just uploaded -8 which fixes the python-qt4 depends you found. I think it
is pretty safe to unblock openturns
as you can see here

<https://buildd.debian.org/pkg.cgi?pkg=openturns>-7 got built already on a
few platforms (-6 was built on all of them).
