Hi, Please unblock syslog-ng 3.1.3-3 which fixes a grave bug with created directory and unix stream uid/gid are not set correctly. The patches are created by Zbigniew Krzystolik for PLD Linux and accepted by upstream[1][2]. They are backported for the version being in Debian.
