Try the Developers Reference? :-) http://www.debian.org/doc/developers-reference/pkgs.html#upload-stable ; not quite in line with current practice, but near enough to say that the order should be: mail with patch, discuss, ack, upload. I noticed that the package has already been uploaded; it will be processed from the p-u-NEW queue in due course.
