Hi, Did we ever approve or reject this goal[0]? I cannot remember any "official" statement from the release team. Right now it is in the "more info needed" of the wiki[1], but I cannot see what information we want.
As far as I can tell, it fulfills most of the properties we want. The major issue is probably the "attainability", but we could approve one (or two) of the subgoals[2] for now. Then after Wheezy we can carry the rest of the goals over.
