Is there a particular reason why the package needs specifically rebuilding now, rather than along with everything else involved in the mono transition? (See http://release.debian.org/transitions/html/mono.html and #648775) If not then I propose closing the bug as the package is already scheduled to be rebuilt as part of the transition.
