It fixes RC bug #680033. Changelog entry follows:

     - Create /usr/lib/aolserver4/lib directory.
   * debian/rules:
     - Install libnsxml.so under /usr/lib/aolserver4/lib to allow nsmxl
       module to be loaded by aolserver4 (Closes: #680033).
