The idea was to get 0.6.3-3 into wheezy, and it was uploaded on the morning of 
June 30th.  Right now testing has 0.6.2 in it, which is probably why you are 
seeing such a large diff.  0.6.3-1 was in testing a while ago, so I think 
0.6.3-4 is the best bet for wheezy.
