Please unblock package starplot

The current starplot version in testing (and stable) is 0.95.5-4,
I uploaded an updated version 0.95.5-5 before wheezy was frozen, with
some Debian integration improvements. This version contains a FTBFS
bug, now fixed in 0.95.5-7, in unstable.

Please, If it were possible, i'd like you unblock starplot because
the old version in testing is a bit outdated.

Thank you for your work.

unblock starplot/0.95.5-7

Hi,

As these are packaging changes only with no bug-fixes (from testing), I
think they can wait till "Jessie" (Wheezy+1). Even if 0.95.5-5 got an
automatic unblock, that unblock is not extended to further uploads.

Sorry.
