Please unblock package network-manager

- it enablex xz compression (NM being part of the GNOME stack, so it's
  relevant for the CD1 issue).
- fixes a higly annoying issue with IPv6 (I'm sure Phil will be happy to
see this fix land for wheezy).
- fixes an issue with the D-Bus configuration file wich inadvertedly
reduced the max_replies_per_connection limit. I was told this can
cause issues on slower system especially when booted from a live CD.

Thanks for considering.

Michael
