Please unblock package lbzip2
This package fixes 2 RC and 2 normal bugs, as well as several other
upstream bugs not reported in Debian BTS.
#685418 [grave] - this is just a packaging bug, it could be fixed in
wheezy without updating to new upstream version
#645999 [serious] - this bug cannot be fixed without updating to new
upstream version, this bug makes lbzip2 unusable in several use cases,
there is no way to workaround it.
#582476, #673378 - normal bugs fixed by updating to newer upstream version
Version 2.2-2 has no API/ABI changes or other incompatible changes.
All known bugs were fixed (including those not reported to Debian
BTS). I would also like to highlight that no package depends on
lbzip2, recommend or even suggest it, and lbzip2 has no depends except
libc, so chances of breaking wheezy bu unblocking bzip2_2.2-2 are (in
my opinion) minimal.

I've added a hint for britney to remove lbzip2 from wheezy.
