Changing of packaging systems isn't generally appropriate for a
stable update. Assuming the package successfully builds in stable
and the build-dependencies aren't actually modified in the process,
please drop this change.
Looks, like they *are* modified. The changing of packaging system
is the main reason to do this upload.
