The patch looks reasonable at a glance, but why not patch
otrs.SetPermissions.pl in case it gets run by the user at a later date?
Because SetPermission.pl is still required (for the user) if he wants to
use the OTRS package manager, where also stuff in /usr/share/otrs (may;
=> depends on the extension) require rw access, as described in
README.Debian.
Also I have got more control in further versions what ACLs are set or
not set.
