Please unblock package scim-thai

It fixes RC bug #700941 (FTBFS, and, in fact, unusable package because
the engine did not get listed in SCIM setup at all), which also affects
Wheezy.

The debdiff is attached for your review.

unblock scim-thai/0.1.3-2

Oops. In fact, it doesn't affect Wheezy, as Wheezy's scim is still
1.4.13-5. So, cancelling the unblock request. Sorry for the false alarm.
