Hi!

After discussing with HTTPS Everywhere upstream, we went to the
conclusion that Wheezy should not ship the outdated 2.x branch. Please
remove it from the upcoming release.

HTTPS Everywhere itself works with pretty "volatile" data and needs
frequent updates. A proper process should be discussed for Jessie, but
that's for later times.
