There's now a tracker at http://release.debian.org/transitions/html/libqscintilla2-9.html , indeed showing the smokeqt / qtruby dependency but also serna-free. If we're not expecting any surprises, I think we could go ahead and get both this and sip4 out of the way at the same time.
