I know that's bad practice in general, but the name libvibrant6 last
appeared in sarge, which reached EOL five years ago, so I considered it
safe to reuse by now; I recall similar policies for C++ and Fortran ABI
transitions.

OK, thanks.  In that case, the only concern is a de facto conflict with
ncbi-tools-x11, since libvibrant6 and libvibrant6a aren't coinstallable.
