It's in the "opu-NEW" queue, as indicated by

in the mail from ftp-master; that just means it needs someone from the
release team to process it and accept it into oldstable-proposed-updates
- it's not in ftp-master's NEW queue. Maybe DDPO on the QA side is being
a little overzealous on its matching of suites ending in "new"?
