To avoid the risk of the discussion getting lost amongst other threads on the list, once your upload is ready please could you open a bug against the release.debian.org pseudo-package to track it, including a debdiff against the current package in stable? An easy way to do this is "reportbug release.debian.org" and then choose the "pu" option. Please use 0.11.3-1+deb7u1 as the version number for the new upload.
