Hi,
libcgsi-gsoap1_1.3.5-2 was built against libgsoap3 on all architectures
except sh4, where it was built against libgsoap2.
nmu libcgsi-gsoap1_1.3.5-2 . sh4 . -m "Rebuild for libgsoap3"
smime.p7s
Description: S/MIME cryptographic signature

sh4 isn't an official architecture, so the Release Team don't have the
ability to binNMU (or prefer other wanna-build actions) for its package.
I'd suggest contacting the buildd maintainers for that architecture via
http://www.debian-ports.org/contacts

Adam
