cheese 3.8 had a soname bump for
libcheese3 →  libcheese7
libcheese-gtk21 → libcheese-gtk23

Please consider scheduling the following binNMUs

nmu empathy_3.4.2.3-4+b1 . ALL . -m "Rebuild against cheese 3.8"
nmu gnome-control-center 1:3.4.3.1-5+b2 . ALL . -m "Rebuild against cheese 3.8"

As cheese hasn't been built everywhere yet, it probably also needs a dw
on libcheese-dev (>= 3.8)
