I am not active Debian porter and not intending to become one (no DD either) but I regularly test and report bugs in upstream kernel for i386, amd64, sparc64, ppc and parisc. I have a testbed of about 15 sparc64 machines, a couple of powerpc ones and 5 pariscs that I use for testing.
For tests, all machines but parisc and occasional alpha run Debian unstable for compiling the kernels and for running dist-upgrade with each new kernel for test. So if I run into any Debian bugs I report them of course but have not time for more. parisc machines (and not alphas hgetting ready) run gentoo since the drop of these architectures from Debian official - I did not maganet to get debian-ports distors to work. -- Meelis Roos ([email protected]) -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
