chmsee fails to build with Iceweasel 17 in stable[1]. This was fixed in unstable by a new upstream release (2.0.1). An even newer upstream release (2.0.2) includes fixes for Iceweasel 22, but upstream stopped maintaining chmsee after this[2]. If the maintainer of the Debian package doesn't plan to keep supporting the package, I think it should be removed from wheezy. It's not useful to keep it now just to throw it out with Iceweasel 24.
