pyxpcom fails to build with Iceweasel 17 in stable and is also broken in unstable[1]. There is some activity upstream[2] and it looks like it might support iceweasel 17 and 24, but hasn't been updated in Debian. Given it has no reverse dependencies I think the package should be removed from wheezy (and possibly unstable as well).
