user-mode-linux should be rebuilt against the latest linux upload for the point
release. A binNMU should be enough.

You're also missing another "." before the "-m". :-)

Either:

nmu user-mode-linux_3.2-2um-1+deb7u2 . amd64 i386 . -d wheezy -m "Rebuild 
against linux 3.2.51-1."

or

nmu user-mode-linux_3.2-2um-1+deb7u2 . amd64 i386 . wheezy . -m "Rebuild 
against linux 3.2.51-1."
