Looks like mjpegtools has already started a transition by uploading 2.1
to sid. And I just did a NMU to DELAYED/5 to fix missing
Breaks/Replaces for clean upgrades.

mjpegtools builds a lot of libraries, but libmjpegutils seems to be the
only one used by packages not built from src:mjpegtools.

rdepends:

  transcode (already had an unrelated sourceful upload)
  gmerlin-encoders-extra
  libgmerlin-avdec1
  lives

I just tested rebuilding them in sid/amd64 which worked flawless.

binNMUs can be scheduled against the package currently in sid, no need
to wait for my NMU to enter. It's only relevant for upgrade paths.

Ben file:

title = "libmjpegutils-2.1-0";
is_affected = .build-depends ~ "libmjpegtools-dev" | .depends ~
"libmjpegutils-2.0-0" | .depends ~ "libmjpegutils-2.1-0";
is_good = .depends ~ "libmjpegutils-2.1-0";
is_bad = .depends ~ "libmjpegutils-2.0-0";
