-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA256 Hi,
- From https://release.debian.org/transitions/html/mpich2.html it appears that oasis3 is one of the blockers of the mpich2 transition. Its marked bad on mips* and s390, which use mpich rather than openmpi / lam and hence build oasis against it. I'm the maintainer of oasis3 and have tried a build of oasis3 against mpich2 (mpich 3.1-4) and it appears to work fine for me; (at least on amd64, switching from the default MPI of openmpi to mpich2); are build logs for mips* available? oasis3 is in need of some refreshing. It has effectively been replaced by oasis3-mct, which I will package later, but thats a transition for after mpich2. best regards Alastair - -- Alastair McKinstry, <[email protected]>, <[email protected]>, https://diaspora.sceal.ie/u/amckinstry A decent provision for the poor is the true test of civilization. ~Samuel Johnson, Boswell: Life of Johnson -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1 Comment: Using GnuPG with Thunderbird - http://www.enigmail.net/ iQIcBAEBCAAGBQJTezxyAAoJEN9LdrZRJ3QsFKgQAJvBuFkqJRDZTgmGKspc2pxK 0/gcRz9+Q61RkM9x8ubrK3W9zaryD1uEikJgJ35sfIj+V2eKPg8YVQ0oWKzBhrgP kJ+EMKJjGcvnW9We87HcHutEalVh02Pjg5eJm/+HQUMYHBOQo898ZR6IH5ALhb33 SGSonlRCk+4frkKT811pV7TVf72qoWOq+86eSJjWaGJB2E9KWHXAYo1vw8YAlUkP 2B3SyJmruszqvhlf1rvscip0UH/OLH6s91KxNWIACOuZ4xeFNV4YJNiSem+vDYnh XwaGyT/6S2tXaZ6Wn653MfViJOitse4it9cRQG+eLEUhk4nqVXR+j/aZ0v0Zthto Kpa2OgbWD6W2yi03Ut1A4aduXVAaQ6X1ImGJot7FFdRYdadUlH3oRCXxFUbFYg+v nL36HgNADjgGv5KdJDKk5lLdBT8C8JFbUa2paggPLSi2gI1KaYMc7QvpAr1qI1SA 6YLVRX8SdLfd0CCrvfnCVHRWywXV0psQb1NrQf181leOJDMDaYtuYadpxkR66UAp WuBScFK22ucc09peEOUeWoB3g9N0UFo4Qm5TEuNXMTrkg4Z7uDIYMNo+IDwtLEra NKoIU1GoErpQlaBAfFVkedBi88PnLTtayTykv0Zejc0QYcbKestkYPbxOXMtybG7 XbbTzxtYpJ/Rj7PimsRb =b/5b -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
