Sigh... Let's see :
- I could open an RC bug on the newer libntl so it doesn't migrate to
testing ;
- the new eclib & flint can probably go in unstable, but again, I would
also open RC bugs on them so they don't migrate to testing (the current
ones are fine with the current libntl) ;
- for linbox... I don't know exactly yet.
