Yes, I think you'd need AT-SPI udebs, and hence libdbus-1-3-udeb, for
Gtk3. You'd also need a somewhat cut-down dbus-daemon, which is in
dbus-udeb, if you want Gtk3 accessibility tools (a screen reader or
whatever) to actually work.
