Please unblock package ruby-bogus. The version 0.1.5-3 entering unstable
closes a bug (#768612) related to a missing build-dependency in Jessie.
Indeed, the version currently in Jessie build-depend on
ruby-activerecord-nulldb-adapter, which is used only to run a few tests,
and could not be modified easily in time for Jessie due to
incompatibility with rails 4.
Version 0.1.5-3 drops that build-dependency and skips the related tests.
