I know everyone is busy with Jessie's release, however, this fix in Wheezy is important for me (and others). Could someone from the release team have a look and let me know if this change is acceptable for an upload in proposed-updates? Again, I believe that I did *a lot* of tests (and in fact, I use the patched version every day), so it should be safe.
