In <https://bugs.debian.org/770473>, armory's maintainer says it is unsuitable for stable and asks that it is removed from testing. Please act accordingly :-) Joseph, if you ever want a package removed from testing, the way to do that is to open a release.debian.org bug like this one. You were correct to open a RC bug to stop it migrating, but that is not necessarily enough to get it removed from testing promptly if it has already migrated.
